Shipping Information:

Our primary shipping courier will be UPS and USPS it will take 1-7 business days for delivery depending on location. A tracking number will be provided once the item is paid for. If order is placed by 12 P.M PST, it will be processed and shipped on the same day, anytime after 12 P.M PST it will be shipped the following business day.

We can combine orders into one package if all orders are paid for at the same time. We do not ship to PO Box.

We generally ship domestically but for international orders please contact us for shipping quotes before you place your purchase: sales@tomsmodel.com.

We cannot control the delivery time of your items, the delivery time we provide is only an estimation and may vary depending on external forces. We will not be responsible for courier negligence, if the package is damaged upon arrival please file a report with the proper courier.

Return/Exchange Policy:

1. You must contact us within 3 days after receiving your product(s) and provide a reason for the return/exchange.
2. A RMA number and return address will be provided (please indicate RMA number either on the box or on a piece of paper inside the box)
3. Ship the product with a tracking number (at buyers expense) within 14 days after receiving a RMA number in the original packaging illustrated in the image above or new packaging. Required: Email us your tracking number.
4. Allow 2-3 weeks for product inspection and refund/exchange eligibility.

All returns must be UNOPEN and UNUSED to qualify. All returns are subjected to a 25% restocking fee of the initial invoice price.

There are absolutely no returns/exchanges on damaged RC helicopters, which includes: scratches, nicks, dents, broken pieces, etc. IF THE RC PRODUCT DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY FROM THE BOX DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX/PLAY WITH IT.

If you would like to exchange your item due to manufacture defects (i.e. missing parts on Die Cast Models, electronic failure for RC Helicopter, etc), contact us: customerservice@tomsmodel.com within 3 days after you received your item(s). If you are eligible for an exchange we will exchange your item for a product that is of equal or lesser value.
